AiPCBA's PCBA factory has been running for nearly seven years. At the beginning of its establishment,
the manufacturing team also encountered very big challenges. Faced with dozens of production orders for the assembly
and manufacture of different products every day, how to quickly respond to these multi-variety and small-batch
manufacturing needs, quality and efficiency are the primary issues faced by the manufacturing team. We know that
quality and efficiency are the core issues of delivery, so AiPCBA has done a lot of research and practice in the
early planning. The answer given by our software team and manufacturing team is "Smart Manufacturing".

We have upgraded the underlying code of the production machines in the clean factory, in order to
cooperate with MES (Manufacturing Execution System), a "brain" that can efficiently schedule production
factors and tasks. Hence, the placement machine can directly accept pre-programmed programs from AiMES.
Meanwhile, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system can quickly screen out
components and efficiently pass ICQ(Income Quality Control), then complete efficient production by docking with AiMES.
We have a constant temperature and humidity warehouse, which stores more than 100,000
parts of components. ERP will prioritize the selection of components from the warehouse — Quick
response, Cost reduction, Higher quality.
In terms of accelerating customer product to market, we introduce
