1. What does AiPCBA do?

AiPCBA is a fast PCB prototype/PCB assembly service company which found in 2015 and located in Shenzhen, China. The services include PCB boards supply, PCB assembly, electronic component procurement and SMT assembly.


2. How do I contact customer service?

3. What are your opening hours?

Office Hours:   Monday - Stuarday  8:00am - 19:00pm (Chinese time zone)

Online Service:  7 * 24 Hours


4. How do I register and get a quote?

You’ll be asked for registered when you want to calculate the quotation, you will need to fill in your personal details when register. If you have a problem registering, please view https://www.aipcba.com/registration.html or feel free to contact our customer service.


5. How do I upload the files, and what are the supported formats?

There are two places to upload your PCB files, the first place is on the PCB quote page for Gerber files and the second place is on the BOM quote page for the BOM list file. 6. What is the exact lead time?

The lead time is the timeline from order payment cleared to production completed. It does not include the weekends, holidays and delivery time. Normally it takes about 2 working days to 5 weeks, it depends on the service and products you choose. Please refer to our relevant services and products.


7. How do I order a stencil?

There are non-framework and framework stencils available, you can contact our service to provide your stencil requirement and for further details.


8. What payment methods are available? How do I make the payment to AiPCBA?

We accept bank transfers and Paypal payments. You can simply make the payment via Paypal. AiPCBA supports most the international bank transfers, please check the following payment information carefully before making a transfer. If you have a problem making the bank transfer, please contact customer service for your payment options.


9. Is my payment information safe?

We guarantee that you and your personal information are safe to shop at AiPCBA. All payment information will be transmitted via SSL. And it’s our responsibility to keep your information safe and secure. If you have difficulty making the payment for your orders, please feel free to contact our customer service. We are happy to help and assist.


10. Do I need to pay Customs, Duties and Taxes?

It’s your responsibility to pay the duty, taxes, custom clearing fees and extra charges from the delivery carrier in your country. We will not and are unable to pay any extra charges once the item has been shipped out.


11. How do you ship the boards? What carrier do you use?

AiPCBA shippes products to more than 150 countries via DHL, UPS, FEDEX and SF delivery services. If you are not sure what delivery services are available to your country, please contact our service for delivery options. We will provide the safe and cheaper delivery options.


12. How do the PCBs do the E-Test?

All AiPCBA’s PCBs will be tested by AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) to ensure they are fully connected and working properly. As well as PCBs will be tested by the flying probe to ensure all vias are connected. With respect to customer’s concerns, all our products will be fully tested before dispatch.


13. Are your UL "Underwriters Laboratory" approved?

Yes. All PCB boards produced by AiPCBA are according to UL certified process, and it is qualified for use in UL approved products.


14. Do you do only top-side silkscreen or both sides?

Yes, we are doing both sides of silkscreen.


15. I see a "Flying Probe Test" option while placing an order. What does this do?

The mainly propose of the Flying Probe Test is checking whether the circuit is well connected. It is checking whether the PCB board has a short circuit, broken circuit, bad connection. All PCB prototypes or small-batch PCB production will be fully tested by flying probe test.
