Before mass production of PCBs, first article inspection is extremely important. In the manufacturing industry, a little carelessness can cause huge losses. The following is about the first PCB inspection content and production process.

Drilling inspection

Inspection basis: red film, production guidelines, needle gauge, model

• Sheet thickness, copper thickness requirements, marks. Flame retardant level
• Whether there are few porous holes, partial holes, large holes and small holes, the holes into the shape;
• Whether there is no drilling through the plugging hole; whether there is serious criticism
• Are there any serious scratches on the copper surface?
• Whether the circuit surface (single-sided copper surface) is correct
• Whether the typesetting is correct, it involves making lines, beer shape, single out group

Note that when measuring the hole on the first board, each hole diameter must measure 3-5 holes on each unit. The hole diameter tolerance and the degree of deviation are determined according to the special requirements of the customer, and refer to MI and related information

Precautions for film inspection

• The correctness and completeness of all kinds of signs; anniversary WWYY; year and week YYWW correctly distinguished
• The line must meet the guidelines and change requirements
• The line width and spacing requirements are reasonable.
• Whether there is a wrong line on the front and back, the film should be opened in the direction of the return hole---
• There is no leakage sealing hole, multiple sealing holes, a board that does not receive copper rings, and no copper wall on the edge of the hole
• Whether there are leaks or holes
• Is there any positioning open short circuit and dry film broken open circuit, garbage short circuit, ink into the hole
• Whether the circuit pattern is not clean, and the over-developed dry film falls off
• The copper surface is not allowed to be contaminated. The gold plate inserts the next process, and the oil paper with a separator pad

Precautions for the inspection of the first plating

• Whether the surface coating of the production process is correct
• Is the copper thickness on the surface / the copper thickness in the hole up to MI requirements?
• Are there any special requirements for nickel-gold thickness
• Is the NPTH / PTH hole correct
• Whether the hole wall is rough, whether there is blocking hole affects the aperture
• There is no black hole, copper is missing in the hole, and the surface is lack of plating. Whether there is infiltration plating, etching is not clean or super corrosion
• Line width and distance are not up to the required range
• Coating quality: rough, gray surface, water stains, discoloration, oxidation, pollution.
• Are there any serious pinholes and burned boards? Whether the direct corrosion board has serious open and short circuit
• The paste test is to keep the plating.

Precautions for the first inspection of green oil

• Model, version number, all types of logos are correct and complete
• Does the ink requirement meet the MI standard
• Ink color requirements, ink color difference, green oil thickness
• Whether the green oil plug hole is made according to the requirements, and whether there is a leak plug hole
• Whether the green oil bridge is complete
• Green oil inlet
• Is the cycle identification correct

Precautions for the first inspection of carbon oil

• Does carbon oil have resistance value requirements, whether it meets customer requirements

Precautions for the inspection of the first beer machine

Precautions for the first inspection of V-CUT

• Whether the depth of V-CUT is up to the standard, there is no special indication in the general situation that the depth is controlled at
